General Farm Description: Abe’s Acres Farm is a diversified low-till market garden situated on a historic family farm in beautiful Hightstown, NJ. We grow over 30 crops and over 150 different varieties on 7 acres, including a greenhouse, high tunnels and caterpillar tunnels. We sell through a small CSA and three local farmers markets. This will be our eighth full growing season.

Abe’s Acres Farm is seeking an organized, dependable, and community-oriented CSA Manager to join our team
immediately for the 2026 growing season. This is a leadership role on a diversified low-till vegetable farm in central
New Jersey growing more than 30 crops and 150+ varieties of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for CSA members and
farmers markets. The CSA Manager plays a central role in connecting the farm with its members and ensuring a
smooth, high-quality customer experience from the field to weekly distribution. This position combines produce
handling, logistics, communication, organization, and customer interaction in a fast-paced farm environment.

 

Educational Opportunities: as they come up during the season

Skills Desired: Management experience a plus; organizational skills a necessity; must be able to drive.

Meals: No but there are abundant fresh vegetables

Stipend: Yes
