Internship Details:
A wide ranging internship involving the production and marketing of a variety of cheeses and yogurt made on the farm.
Interns will work in the production areas and become proficient in the making of many well known types such as Gouda, Manchego, Alpines and more.
Marketing involves food shows, customer meetings and weekend farmer markets.
Yogurt production and fresh goat cheese logs round out our comprehensive selection of retail ready products.
Educational Opportunities: substantial experience to be gained in the production and marketing of dairy products.
