General Farm Description: Camp Glen Brook Farm is a diversified educational farm located on the wooded campus of Camp Glen Brook in Marlborough, New Hampshire. The farm serves as both a working agricultural operation and an outdoor classroom, integrating regenerative farming, animal husbandry, food production, and hands-on environmental education for campers, students, and staff. Our operation includes mixed livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, and poultry), high-tunnel and field vegetable production, orchards, compost systems, and pasture-based grazing. We focus on soil health, animal welfare, ecological stewardship, and practical skill-building rooted in real farm work. The farm plays a central role in the life of the camp—supplying food, supporting land management, and offering daily opportunities for campers and staff to engage directly with agriculture, responsibility, and community. Our team works in all weather, across seasons, and in close collaboration with the wider camp community. We are a mission-driven, hands-on workplace where curiosity, reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic matter as much as prior experience.
