HOPE for Small Farm Sustainability is a 501c(3) educational nonprofit that works to amplify healthy Texas regional food systems, as food connectors for both farmers and the community. We provide training and education to individuals and small-scale farmers interested in growing, preparing and selling their own organic food for self-sustainability. Additionally, HOPE supports healthy food accessibility for community equity.
